What if, by buying a face mask, you could help young people, refugees, migrants, indigenous Australians?

I wanted to purchase face masks because Hubby and I travel frequently to one of the Sydney coronavirus hotspots. But instead of the disposable, one-off masks, I was looking for a reusable fabric mask. In the end, because of production and shipping delays I made my own. I end some of my classes by chanting the mantra, Om.

I don’t consider myself religious so why do I chant Om? And why do I chant in some classes and not others?
