Have you ever tried a Yin-Yang-style yoga class? It can be just what you need to re-energise and prepare for the rest of your day or week.
The Yin-Yang style describes a class that balances active and passive postures designed to ease both body and mind.
The General Yoga classes offered by LaiLin Yoga on Thursday evenings are based on this concept. The classes comprise:

The in-person class is held at the Epping Leisure & Learning Centre, 1 Chambers Court. The class is also livestreamed if you prefer to attend online.
