Rest, Reflect, Replenish!
As the days grow shorter and colder, Winter invites us to slow down and turn inward. This season, join me for a series of community yoga classes designed to nourish your body and mind.
We’ll honour this natural time of hibernation with slow, mindful movement; breathwork; and deep rest,. You can practise on the floor, in a chair, or a mixture of both. The pace of the class is slow, with variations offered for all bodies and levels of experience.
It’s a perfect opportunity to try a yoga class or explore a different style!😊

Priority is given to those who have booked. Walk-ins welcome if space allows. - 📝 What to bring:
- A yoga mat or towel (if practising on the floor)
- Something to cover yourself during relaxation or meditation, as body temperature drops when you relax.
- Water (optional, but recommended)
