Yoga for every body, every season, every budget
As we move toward the cooler months, this class focuses on gently building and sustaining our inner energy—creating the reserves we need to move through winter with a little more ease.
Through simple movement, breathing practices, and rest, we’ll explore ways to warm the body and build a sense of strength and resilience for the months ahead.
The practice remains slow and accessible, with options to practise on the mat, in a chair, or a combination of both. You’re encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body on the day.
These community classes are designed to be welcoming and inclusive—whether you’re returning to practice, trying yoga for the first time, or simply looking for a space to move, breathe, and reset.
