Yoga for every body, every season, every budget
As the heat of summer fades and the days begin to cool, Autumn invites us to slow down, soften, and let go. This series of community yoga classes is designed to support you through that natural shift—encouraging a sense of steadiness, balance, and quiet renewal.
Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and deep rest, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves and reconnect with what truly sustains us. Each class offers a compassionate, inclusive practice that meets you where you are—on the mat, in a chair, or somewhere in between. The pace is slow and grounding, with options to suit all bodies, abilities, and levels of experience.
Come as you are and leave feeling more centred, spacious, and at ease as we journey through the golden season together.
