Rest. Reflect. Replenish.
As the days grow shorter and colder, Winter invites us to slow down, soften, and turn inward.
Join me for a series of gentle community yoga classes designed to nourish your body and mind through movement, breath and rest.
The practice is slow, grounding, and accessible, with options to practise on the floor, in a chair, or a combination of both — whatever feels right for your body on the day.
These classes are welcoming to everybody and every level of experience, whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply looking for a quiet space to pause and reconnect.
“Winter is a season of recovery and preparation.”
