Hip mobility is an important factor for a healthy lower back. Our hips are like a bridge between the lower body and the torso. Limited hip mobility can lead to compensatory movements that place stress on the spine and surrounding muscles.
This post details the three hip movements that have become my go-to’s when my lower back feels stiff and favourite movements for participants in my classes.
