Yoga Relaxation Online
Yoga Relaxation Online is an online version of the twice-monthly Yoga Relaxation classes that includes chair-based poses for those who don’t want to come onto the floor.
For each session, two videos are posted:
A physical class of gentle movements and stretches
Yoga nidra, a deep relaxation/meditation practice
Choose to do the physical class or the yoga nidra as separate sessions, or play both to create one session.
Also provided is a Poses, Modifications, and Alternative Poses document that details the poses, cautions for different health conditions, and modifications and/or alternative poses. If you are unsure whether a session is suitable for you, please see your general practitioner or medical specialist.

Information for health conditions are outlined in the Poses (March 2019) document.

Be particularly cautious if you're pregnant or have osteoporosis. These and other health conditions are outlined in the Poses (February 2019) document.
